Nico's FNDN 1350 Stuff

The Past

Once upon a time, in the early days of the world (sometime around 1986), I first used a computer. It was an Apple IIe and I was fourteen. The grade 9 computer class I was in was so inspiring that I had no more interest in computers until six years later, when I met a Macintosh LCIII called Banshee.

The Present

Foundation Computer is, I am happy to say, nothing like my Grade 9 Computer Science class. My current computer, a Mac mini called Síog, isn't much like Banshee, either, except that they're both Macs. Síog takes up a lot less space on my desk, for one thing.

Here, for the enjoyment of all, are the Photoshop and Illustrator projects I've done for Foundation Computer at NSCAD.

Who is this Nico, anyway?

• hair: only the green part is dyed; the rest is verydarkbrown (notblack)
• eyes: brown and slightly shortsighted
• height: taller than my mother, shorter than my father
• age: older than I look (by quite a lot, apparently)
• religion: none, thanks
• likes: books, trees, words, nighttime, old things, some people but not others
• dislikes: willfull ignorance, anger, the sticky "l" key on my laptop
• addicted to: reading, good tea, potato chips, anime, comics, adventure games, chocolate
• name: Nico-short-for-Nicole, sometimes spelled Niko, or shortened to Nik, but if you call me Nikki and you're not my mother or a clueless relative I might have to break something
